Day 1 - Guwahati

Arrival in Guwahati

Days 2-6 - Ziro

Guwahati → Itanagar → Ziro

After breakfast, transfer to Guwahati Airport for the flight to Itanagar (Donyi Polo Airport). On arrival, meet the local representative and begin the scenic drive towards Ziro Valley. The journey takes guests deeper into Arunachal Pradesh, with the landscape gradually changing into forested mountains, valleys and traditional settlements. Arrive in Ziro and check into the accommodation. Spend the evening relaxing and getting the first glimpse of the beautiful Ziro Valley. Enjoy dinner at the property.

Day 7 - Ziro

Ziro Festival of Music – Day 1

Enjoy breakfast before heading to the Ziro Festival of Music. Spend the day experiencing the festival amid the rice fields and mountains of Ziro Valley. Experience independent music, live performances, local food, handicrafts, art installations, festival markets and creative spaces. Stay for the major evening performances before returning to your accommodation.

Day 8 - Ziro

Ziro Festival of Music – Day 2

Enjoy a relaxed breakfast and morning in Ziro. Later, return to the festival venue for the second full day. Explore the different stages, food stalls, local products and artistic spaces while discovering musicians from across India and beyond. Spend the evening enjoying live performances before returning to your accommodation.

Day 9 - Ziro

Ziro Festival of Music – Day 3

After breakfast, return to the Ziro Festival of Music for the third full festival day. Spend the day discovering new artists, interacting with the local community and exploring the festival’s food, craft and cultural spaces. Enjoy the final evening performances before returning to your accommodation.

Day 10 - Ziro

Apatani Cultural Experience & Ziro Valley

After breakfast, spend the day discovering the indigenous culture and landscapes of Ziro. Visit traditional Apatani villages, including Hong Village, and learn about Apatani architecture, traditions and everyday life. Walk through Ziro’s beautiful rice fields and learn about the community’s traditional rice and fish cultivation system. Continue through the pine-covered landscapes surrounding Ziro. Enjoy a traditional meal with local Apatani families and learn about their cuisine, farming practices and cultural traditions.

Day 11 - Guwahati

Ziro → Itanagar → Guwahati

After an early breakfast, check out and drive from Ziro towards Itanagar. Transfer to Donyi Polo Airport for the flight back to Guwahati. On arrival in Guwahati, transfer to the hotel. Enjoy a relaxed farewell dinner in the evening.
