These Terms, together with Anaveda's Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Anaveda LLC with respect to your use of this Site. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals relating to your use of the Site. For the avoidance of doubt, any confirmed booking or travel services are governed separately by Anaveda's Booking Terms and Conditions, Cancellation and Refund Policy, applicable invoice, and finalized itinerary, and are not superseded by these Terms.
