Day 1 - Bengaluru

Upon arriving at the Garden City of Bengaluru, you will be escorted to your hotel. At your leisure, begin your modern art gallery tour, starting with the National Gallery of Modern Art. It has a collection of 500 rare exhibits by both contemporary and classical artists like Rabindranath Tagore, Raja Ravi Varma, and Jamini Roy. Next up is the Shades Creative Gallery, which is known for its abstract landscape paintings and its fresh perspective on the contemporary art scene. After exploring the city, head over to one of the largest Krishna-Hindu shrines in the world, ISKCON Temple Bengaluru. The pride and joy of this place are its gold-plated stambha and kalash shikhar used daily for prayers. Later in the evening, you can freely explore Church Street, MG Road, and maybe look for a keepsake.

Day 2 - Bengaluru

Feel Like a Creator

Start your day with a scrumptious breakfast before leaving for the KR Flower Market. Here you will meet our associate who will guide you through some interesting photography techniques and show you how the pros capture memories. After that, you can learn the intricate ways of brewing coffee and why they affect the overall texture or flavor so much. Finish the day off with an afternoon pottery session where you can not only create your very own pot, but also take it home with you!

Day 3 - Kabini

Welcome to the Jungle

Get excited because now you will ride deep in the mountainous regions of the Kabini River. It is famous for its stunning wildlife, dense forests, and national reserves protecting thousands of rare and endangered species. After arriving, you will be directed to your forest resort, which is surrounded by the same beauty mentioned above. After recuperating from the journey, you can go on a boat ride across the Kabini River and spot elephants, birds, and possibly Bengal Tigers.

Day 4 - Kabini

Wild Safari and Nature Walks

If you couldn't spot any tigers yesterday, don’t worry, today offers another chance with a private jeep safari to the Nagarhole National Park. As India’s 37th tiger reserve, it is known for its rich biodiversity and wide range of wildlife.The park is especially home to large herds of Indian elephants, which thrive across its landscape in significant numbers. Later, unwind with birdwatching and a peaceful nature walk near your lodge, before ending the day with a sunset over the still waters of the Kabini River.

Day 5 - Chikmagalur

Enjoy your sunset at the Kabini River before driving over to Chikmagalur. This celebrated hill station is often regarded as the birthplace of coffee in India. Check into your luxurious coffee estate and spend the evening wandering through sprawling plantations, learning how a humble bean makes its journey from bush to cup. Along the way, sip on a freshly brewed coffee sourced from the very estate surrounding you.

Day 6 - Chikmagalur

Start your day with a classic South Indian breakfast of crispy dosas and fluffy idli served with sambar. Then, set off for Baba Budangiri along one of the most scenic mountain roads in Karnataka. At the summit, you'll be rewarded with the view of a unique symbol of harmony, a place where two of India's major faiths have peacefully coexisted for centuries. Once you have taken in the view, continue onwards, deep into the heart of a rainforest to Jhari Waterfalls. Take a refreshing dip in the natural pool below the falls or simply soak in the peaceful surroundings. Later in the afternoon, head to Mullayanagiri Peak for a short trek. As the highest peak in Karnataka, it offers spectacular panoramic views, but it's the sunset that truly steals the show. Watch the hills and valleys glow in shades of gold as the day comes to a close.

Day 7 - Coorg

Today, your ride will take you to the city of Coorg, or also known as, Madikeri. Along the way, you will see dense rainforests and elevated mountain roads leading up to the beautiful hill stations where you will be staying. After checking in, you will visit the Abbey Falls and find out why this place is called the Scotland of India. Right before evening strikes, head over to the Raja Seat Garden and overlook the entire city just like once the king of Madikeri did back in the days. You can freely explore the nearby valleys and mountain peaks before heading back for a nice warm dinner.

Day 8 - Coorg

Spiritual Escape and Fun Activities

Your day will begin with a visit to the esteemed Namdroling Monastery. It falls under the Tibetan Buddhism jurisdiction and is known as the largest teaching center for the Nyingma lineage in the world. Here you can see more than 5,000 monks undergoing their studies. Along with nuns, hundreds of qualified teachers, and many spiritual gurus called Lamas. Later, you can enjoy an exclusive cooking lesson on traditional Kodava dishes like Kadambuttu, Koli Curry, and Akki Otti. Once lunch is settled and you are ready to roll, head over to the Barapole River and challenge the white waters with a daring rafting session.

Day 9 - Sakleshpur

Your return trip begins today with a ride to the Western Ghats of Sakleshpur. Expect mild weather and plenty of coffee and spice plantations as you make your way to your premium resort. You are free to spend the day as you please. Maybe walk around the estate or see what the local markets have in store for you.

Day 10 - Bengaluru

Dovidenia, Stay Safe

Begin the morning with a hike to the Manjarabad Fort. It is a short 30-minute trek, where you can see an eight-pointed star-shaped fort made by the Tipu Sultan on behalf of the king of Mysore. Take one last dive with old abandoned rail tracks, mountain-carved tunnels, and the wet forests of the Western Ghats. As your time with Anaveda comes to an end, we will escort you to Bengaluru Airport for your onward journey.
